IPS Officer Vikas Kumar transferred from Ladakh to Delhi

New Delhi: The Ministry of Home Affairs on Wednesday (September 2, 2026) ordered the transfer of Vikas Kumar (IPS:2013:AGMUT) from Ladakh to Delhi with immediate effect.

According to an order issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Kumar has been transferred to Delhi until further orders.

Before his transfer, Kumar was serving as In-charge Deputy Inspector General (DIG), Ladakh-Kashmir Range (LKR), Ladakh.
