Senior IAS officer Manoj Kumar Singh (IAS:1988:UP) was on Monday appointed as the Chairman of Noida Authority with additional charge of Additional Chief Secretary, Panchayati Raj. Previously, he was serving as the Infrastructure and Industrial Development Commissioner (IIDC). Singh will also hold the charge of Horticulture and Food Processing and Agriculture Production Commissioner (APC).
