In a recent administrative overhaul, the Telangana state government on Tuesday transferred 10 Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers to various key positions.
The names of the officers and their postings are as follows:
- VSNV Prasad (IAS:1988:TG), Director of Zoo Parks, has been transferred and posted as Director of Civil Supplies.
- G Phaneendra Reddy (IAS:1990:TG) has been appointed as Chief Rationing Officer of Hyderabad.
- Anita Ramachandran (IAS:2004:TG) has been posted as Commissioner of Panchayat Raj and Rural Development.
- B Bala Maya Devi (IAS:2005:TG) will now serve as the Commissioner of Backward Class Welfare.
- K Seetha Lakshmi (IAS:2011:TG) has been appointed as the Secretary of Telangana Social Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society (TSWREIS) and Secretary of Telangana Tribal Welfare Residential Educational Institutional Society (TTWREIS).
- Hanumantha Rao (IAS:2013:TG) has been posted as Special Commissioner of Information and Public Relations (I&Pr).
- K Ashok Reddy (IAS:2014:TG) has been appointed as Director of Horticulture.
- A Nirmala Kanthi Wesley (IAS:2016:TG) has been posted as Director of Women Child Development and Scheduled Caste (WCD&SC).
- B Gopi (IAS:2016:TG) has been appointed as the Commissioner of Fisheries.
- E Naveen Nicolas (IAS:2018:TG) has been appointed as the Secretary of the Telangana State Public Service Commission (TSPSC).
