SC Collegium recommends elevation of Advocate SM Subhani as Judge of Andhra Pradesh HC

The Supreme Court Collegium has recommended the elevation of Advocate Mehabub Subhani Shaik alias SM Subhani as a Judge of the Andhra Pradesh High Court. The decision was taken on Wednesday (04.05.2022), during a meeting of the Collegium.

As on May 1, 2022, the Andhra Pradesh High Court which has a sanctioned strength of 37 judges is functioning with 26 judges, a vacancy position of 11.
