Punjab: 14 IPS officers shifted, Kuldeep Singh posted as CP of Jalandhar

The Punjab government on Friday (20.01.2023) issued transfer and posting orders for 14 IPS officers.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows :

1. Babu Lal Meena (IPS:2004:PB): IGP, Administration (Intelligence), SAS Nagar.
2. Dr. S Boopathi (IPS:2007:PB): DIG, Administration, Punjab, Chandigarh.
3. Narinder Bhargav (IPS:2008:PB): DIG, NRI, Ludhiana.
4. Naveen Singla (IPS:2009:PB): DIG, Intelligence, SAS Nagar, Punjab.
5. Kuldeep Singh (IPS:2009:PB): Commissioner of Police, Jalandhar.
6. Opinderjit Singh Ghuman (IPS:2009:PB): SSP, Sri Muktsar Sahib with additional charge of AIG, AGTF, Faridkot Range.
7. Gurmeet Singh Chauhan (IPS:2011:PB): SSP, Tarn Taran with additional charge of AIG, AGTF, Border Range.
8. Saumya Mishra (IPS:2014:PB): Joint CP City, Ludhiana.
9. Harmandeep Singh Hans (IPS:2015:PB): AIG, Counter Intelligence, Punjab SAS Nagar.
10. Ajay Gandhi (IPS:2018:PB): SP, Investigation, Bathinda.
11. Shubham Agarwal (IPS:2018:PB): ADCP-I Ludhiana.
