Rajasthan govt transfers 18 IPS officers; Anshuman Bhadoria is new Jodhpur CP

aipur: The Rajasthan government on Tuesday (July 14, 2026) issued transfer and posting orders for 18 IPS officers in a major police reshuffle. Notably, Anil Paliwal has been been appointed as Director General & Commandant General, Home Guards, while Anshuman Bhadoria has been posted as Police Commissioner, Jodhpur.

The names of the officers and their new postings are as follows:

1. Anil Paliwal (IPS:1994:RJ), DG, Training & Traffic, has been transferred and posted as DG & Commandant General, Home Guards.
2. Malini Agrawal (IPS:1994:RJ), DG & Commandant General, Home Guards, has been transferred and posted as DG, Traffic.
3. Sharat Kaviraj (IPS:2004:RJ), Police Commissioner, Jodhpur, has been transferred and posted as IG, Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB).
4. Rajendra Singh (IPS:2004:RJ), IG, Ajmer Range, has been transferred and posted as IG, Vigilance.
5. Anshuman Bhadoria (IPS:2006:RJ), IG, SSB, Jaipur, has been transferred and posted as Police Commissioner, Jodhpur.
6. Dr. Ravi (IPS:2007:RJ), IG, Planning, Modernisation & Welfare, Jaipur, has been transferred and posted as IG, Ajmer Range.
7. Kailash Chand Bishnoi (IPS:2007:RJ), IG, Bharatpur Range, Bharatpur, has been transferred and posted as IG, Planning, Modernisation & Welfare, Jaipur.
8. Dr. Preeti Chandra (IPS:2008:RJ), IG, Law & Order, Jaipur, has been transferred and posted as IG, Bharatpur Range, Bharatpur.
9. Pradeep Mohan Sharma (IPS:2009:RJ), Director, Intelligence Training School, Jaipur, has been transferred and posted as Additional Police Commissioner, Traffic & Administration, Police Commissionerate, Jaipur.
10. Rajesh Kumar Kanwat (IPS:2014:RJ), Deputy Commissioner of Police (Headquarters), Police Commissionerate, Jaipur, has been transferred and posted as Superintendent of Police, Balotra.
11. Narendra Singh Meena (IPS:2014:RJ), Superintendent of Police, Hanumangarh, has been transferred and posted as Commandant, 10th Battalion, RAC, Bikaner.
12. P D Nitya (IPS:2016:RJ), Superintendent of Police, Jodhpur Rural, has been transferred and posted as Superintendent of Police, ACB, Jodhpur.
