Naveen Srivastava, Executive Director, Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd (POWERGRID), has been appointed to the post of Director (Operations), POWERGRID. According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Wednesday (07.08.2024), the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the appointment of Mr. Srivastava to the post for a period with effect from the date of assumption of charge of the post or till the date of his superannuation i.e. 30.11.2026 or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
On May 17, the Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) recommended Srivastava’s name to the ACC for the position of Director (Operations) at POWERGRID after interviewing 12 candidates.
