Himachal Pradesh : 16 IAS officers shifted

The Himachal Pradesh government on Saturday issued transfer and posting orders of 16 Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers in the state.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows :

  1. Ms. Nisha Singh (IAS:1987:HP) : Advisor (Health), Government of Himachal Pradesh at New Delhi with charge of the post of Additional Chief Secretary, Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Fisheries.
  2. Sanjay Gupta (IAS:1988:HP) : Additional Chief Secretary, Social Justice and Empowerment.
  3. R D Dhiman (IAS:1988:HP) : Additional Chief Secretary-cum-FC (Revenue) with additional charges of the post of Additional Chief Secretary, Forests and Language, Art & Culture.
  4. Kamlesh Kumar Pant (IAS:1993:HP) : Principal Secretary, Labour & Employment and Transport with additional charge of FC, Appeals and Managing Director, Rapid Transport System shall also hold the charges of Principal Secretary, Environment, Science & Technology and Chairman, HP, State Pollution Control Board.
  5. Ajay Sharma (IAS:2003:HP) : Secretary, Ayurveda, Technical Education and Printing & Stationery.
  6. S S Guleria (IAS:2006:HP) : Secretary, Youth Services & Sports with additional charges of Divisional Commissioner, Kangra Division at Dharamshala, Kangra District and Chairman, Appellate Tax Tribunal at Dharamshala.
  7. Rakesh Kanwar (IAS:2007:HP) : Secretary to Governor with additional charges of Special Secretary, Agriculture and State Project Director, Zero Budget Natural Farming shall also hold the charges of Director, Public Finance & Public Enterprises-cum-Special Secretary (Finance) and Examiner, Local Audit Department.
  8. Amit Kashyap (IAS:2008:HP) : Managing Director, H.P. Power Corporation Ltd with additional charge of Managing Director, General Industries Corporations.
  9. Capt (Retd.) J M Pathania (IAS:2008:HP) : Director (Personnel), HPSEB Ltd. with additional charge of Director (Finance), HPSEB Ltd.
  10. Rajesh Sharma (IAS:2008:HP) : Registrar, Cooperative Societies.
  11. Rakhil Kehlon (IAS:2008:HP) : Special Secretary, Education and Housing with additional charge of Special Secretary, Health and Family Welfare.
  12. Chander Prakash Verma (IAS:2010:HP) : Director, H.P. Institute of Public Administration, Shimla with additional charge of Special Secretary/Additional Commissioner, Tribal Development shall also hold the charges of Special Secretary, Industries and Commissioner Departmental Enquiries.
  13. Sandeep Kumar (IAS:2010:HP) : Managing Director, HRTC, Shimla.
  14. Neeral Kumar (IAS:2013:HP) : Labour Commissioner-cum-Director of Employment.
  15. Abid Hussain Sadiq (IAS:2014:HP) : Director, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs with additional charge of Chief Executive Officer-cum-Managing Director, Smart City Limited, Shimla.
  16. Anupam Kashyap (IAS:2014:HP) : Director, Transport.
