The Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) has recommended Dr Anil Ranga for appointment as Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of Troop Comforts Limited. The recommendation was made during the PESB selection meeting held on June 5, 2026.
Dr Ranga is currently serving as Chief General Manager, OEF Kanpur, a unit of Troop Comforts Limited.
Following the recommendation, his name will now be forwarded to the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) for final approval. The appointment will be subject to vigilance clearance and completion of other prescribed formalities.
