The Haryana Government on Tuesday issued transfer and posting orders of five IAS officers with immediate effect.

TL Satyaprakash (IAS:2002:HY) has been posted as Managing Director, Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation, and Managing Director, Haryana Financial Corporation.

Satyaprakash will also look after the work of Director General and Secretary, Science and Technology, Director General, Haryana Governance Reforms Authority, Director General, Industrial Training and Employment and Secretary, Haryana Skill Development Industrial Training and Employment Department and OSD and Designated CEO, Kundli Manesar Palwal Authority.

2.Mohammed Shayin (IAS:2002:HY), Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Faridabad, and Chief Executive Officer, Smart City, Faridabad, will also look after the work of Managing Director, Haryana Tourism Development Corporation.

3.Vijay Singh (IAS:2003:HY), Secretary, Haryana Public Service Commission, will be the new Deputy Commissioner, Sonipat, and Principal and Director, Motilal Nehru School of Sports, Rai, Sonipat.

4.KM Pandurang (IAS:2007:HY) has been posted as Director General and Special Secretary, Town and Country Planning Department.

5.Anita Yadav (IAS:2004 :HY), Director and Special Secretary, Women and Child Development Department, and Managing Director, Women Development Corporation and Secretary, Haryana State Commission for Protection of Child Rights, has been posted as Additional Chief Executive Officer, Gurugram Metropolitan Development Authority, Gurugram.

The Jammu and Kashmir government has transferred three IAS officers.

Sheetal Nanda, Deputy Commissioner, Samba, has been transferred and posted as special secretary, Rural Development and Panchayati Raj department.

Niraj Kumar has been made director of the Indian System of Medicine.He was attached with the office of the Divisional Commissioner, Jammu.

Vikas Kundal,additional deputy commissioner, Srinagar, has been posted as deputy commissioner, Kargil.

The Uttar Pradesh government has transferred IAS officer Rajeev Rautela back to his Uttarakhand cadre. As a Gorakhpur DM, Rajeev Rautla had courted controversy during the the Gorakhpur Lok Sabhb by-poll counting on March 12. Later, on March 17, in a major bureaucratic reshuffle, Yogi Adityanath government had shifted Rautela from Gorakhpur and promoted as Divisional Commissioner of Devipatan.

Rajeev Rautela, a Provincial Civil Service (PCS) officer of the 1982 batch, was promoted to the Indian Administrative Services (IAS) in 2002. Ever since his the formation of Uttarakhand as a separate state on Nov 9, 2000, he has been on deputation in Uttar Pradesh. He had recently submitted a representation to the Ministry of Personnel seeking to be sent back to his cadre.

Chander Shekhar Khare (IAS:2008:HY) has been made Chief Executive Officer, Gurugram Metropolitan City Bus Limited in addition to his present duties.

Pankaj Yadav (IAS:2001:HY) has been made Director General, Archives, Haryana and Secretary to Goverment, Haryana, Archives Department,in addition to his present duties.
