IAS officer Hemraj Bairwa (IAS:2013:HP) has been appointed as Deputy Secretary in the Ministry of Power, Delhi, for a tenure of four years.
According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Monday (October 26, 2026), the competent authority has approved his appointment for a period of four years from the date he assumes charge of the post or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
Bairwa is currently serving as Deputy Commissioner, Kangra District at Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh.
