New Delhi: Madhya Pradesh cadre IAS officer Preeti Maithil (IAS:2009:MP) has been empanelled for holding Joint Secretary or equivalent-level posts in the Government of India.
The Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) issued her empanelment notification on Wednesday (October 28, 2026). Her case had initially been kept in the left-over category.
Maithil is currently serving as General Manager (Director level) in the Tribal Cooperative Marketing Development Federation of India (TRIFED), Bhopal, covering the Madhya Pradesh region. The position is a non-Central Staffing Scheme (Non-CSS) post.
