The Tamil Nadu government on October 12 issued transfer and posting orders for five IAS officers.
The names of the officers and their postings are as follows :
- Dheeraj Kumar (IAS:1993:TN), Principal Secretary/Commissioner of Commercial Taxes, has been transferred and posted as Principal Secretary, Information Technology and Digital Services Department.
- J Kumaragurubaran (IAS:2004:TN), Secretary, Information Technology and Digital Services Department, has been transferred and posted as Secretary, School Education Department. He shall also hold the post of Secretary (Expenditure), Finance Department in full additional charge.
- Kakarla Usha (IAS:1994:TN), Principal Secretary, School Education Department, has been transferred and posted as Principal Secretary/Commissioner of Tourism. She shall also function as Principal/Chairperson and Managing Director, Tamil Nadu Tourism Development Corporation Limited.
- Jayashree Muralidharan (IAS:2002:TN), Managing Director, Tamil Nadu Industrial Development Corporation Limited, has been transferred and posted as Secretary, Welfare of Differently Abled Persons Department.
- Sandeep Nanduri (IAS:2009:TN), Director of Tourism and Managing Director, Tamil Nadu Tourism Development Corporation Limited, has been transferred and his services are placed at the disposal of Tamil Nadu Industrial Development Corporation Limited for appointment as its Managing Director.
