Vikas Singh (IRS-IT:2007), who was recommended for central deputation by the Department of Revenue, has been selected for appointment as Director in the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas (MoP&NG) for five years. According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Friday (01.11.2024), the competent authority has approved the appointment of Mr. Singh to the post under central staffing scheme for a period of five years or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
