U P Singh,(IAS:1985:OR), has been given an additional charge of the post of Secretary in the Ministry of Labour and Employment from 13.12.2017 to 17.12.2017 during the period of absence on leave of Ms. M. Sathiyavathy( IAS:1982:AGMUT).He is currently serving as Secretary in the Ministry of Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation.
