Odisha govt effects bureaucratic reshuffle, Vishal Dev is new Principal Secretary, Finance

The Odisha government on Thursday effected a minor reshuffle in the bureaucracy by transferring five senior Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows :

1. Ashok Meena (IAS:1993:OR) : Principal Secretary, Panchayati Raj and Drinking Water Department.
2. DK Singh (IAS:1993:OR) : Principal Secretary, Steel and Mines.
3. Surendra Kumar (IAS:1993:OR) : Principal Secretary, General Administration with additional charge of Tourism Department.
4. Vishal Dev (IAS:1996:OR) : Principal Secretary, Finance Department.
5. R Vineelkrishna (IAS:2005:OR) : Special Secretary to CM with additional charge of Sports and Youth Affairs.
