The Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA) has launched P-MIS for National Capital Region Planning Board (NCRPB). Project Management Information System (P-MIS) is a major step in using digital/mobile technology to improve transparency and accountability in monitoring progress of projects and administering loans, and the portal is well timed during Covid-19, when use of technology has grown tremendously, said Durga Shanker Mishra, Secretary, MoHUA.
P-MIS has been developed in-house by NCRPB and has been hosted on NIC server. The MIS facilitates sorting of projects based on search criteria by ongoing projects, completed projects, all projects or search by keyword or date, amount, state and also search by implementing agencies. It will bring ease in review and management of projects and provide information and opportunity to give feedback to the citizens.
