Ms Debashree Mukherjee (IAS:1991:AGMUT), Secretary, Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, has been entrusted with the additional charge of Secretary, Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA).
According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Wednesday (May 27, 2026), the competent authority has approved the arrangement from May 29, 2026 to June 6, 2026.
She will hold the additional charge during the leave period of Srinivas Katikithala (IAS:1989:GJ), who is currently serving as Secretary, Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs.
