The Bihar government, on Friday, transferred as many as seventeen IPS officers in the state.
The names of the officers and their postings are as follows :
1. A K Ambedkar (IPS:1992:BH) : ADG, Wireless.
2. B Srinivas (IPS:1992:BH) : ADG, SCRB and Modernisation and in additional Chairman, Central Selection Board of Constable.
3. Jitendra Kumar (IPS:1993:BH) : ADG, HQ.
4. Kundan Krishnan (IPS:1994:BH) : ADG, Civil Defence.
5. Naiyyar Hasnain Khan (IPS:1996:BH) : IG, HQ and in addition IG, Budget, Appeal and Welfare and IG, Provision.
6. Ganesh Kumar (IPS:2002:BH) : IG, Muzaffarpur.
7. Uma Shanker Prasad (IPS:2005:BH) : SP, ATS.
8. Vikas Burman (IPS:2008:BH) : SP, Samastipur.
9. Harpreet Kaur (IPS:2009:BH) : Commandant, BMP-5.
10. Rajendra Kumar Bheel (IPS:2011:BH) : Commandant, Bihar Swabhiman Police Battalion.
11. Swapna G Meshram (IPS:2011:BH) : SP(A), Special Branch.
12. Kartikeya K Sharma (IPS:2011:BH) : SP(G), Special Branch.
13. Jitendra Kumar (IPS:2015:BH) : SP, City (East) Patna.
14. Sushil Kumar : SP, Lakhisarai.
