IPS officers B Satya Yesubabu (IPS:2011:AP) and Anupam Sharma (IPS:2009:HP) have been appointed as Deputy Inspector General (DIG) in the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) and Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP), respectively, on central deputation.
According to separate orders issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) on Thursday (June 25, 2026) and Saturday (June 27, 2026), the competent authority has approved their appointments as per the usual terms and conditions of central deputation.
Currently, B Satya Yesubabu is serving as Deputy Inspector General (DIG), Police Transport Organisation (PTO), in Andhra Pradesh. Anupam Sharma is presently posted as Deputy Inspector General (DIG), Crime, State CID, in Himachal Pradesh.
