The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has cleared the empanelment of Tamil Nadu cadre IAS officer Shankar Lal Kumawat (IAS:2010:TN) for holding Joint Secretary or equivalent posts in the Government of India.
He is currently serving as Director in the Department of Revenue since February 2025.
Notably, on February 4, 2026, 24 IAS officers of the 2010 batch were empanelled for holding Joint Secretary or equivalent-level posts in the Government of India.
