Ms. Nisha (IAS:2015:UP) has been appointed as Private Secretary to Raksha Nikhil Khadse, Minister of State for Youth Affairs and Sports.
According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Tuesday (September 23, 2025), the competent authority approved her appointment for a tenure of five years, effective from the date she assumes charge. Her appointment will be on a co-terminus basis with the Minister, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
Ms. Nisha will serve in the role at the Deputy Secretary level. She is currently serving in the cadre as Mission Director, National Aayush Mission, Uttar Pradesh.
