MP: 15 IAS officers shifted, Bharat Yadav posted as Secretary to CM

In a noteworthy development on February 2, the Madhya Pradesh government orchestrated a substantial bureaucratic rearrangement, issuing transfer and posting orders for 15 IAS officers throughout the state.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows:

1. Vinod Kumar (IAS:1989:MP), Additional Chief Secretary (ACS), General Administration Department has been transferred as Director General, RCVP Naronha Academy of Administration.
2. Anirudh Mukerjee (IAS:1993:MP), Principal Secretary, Public Property Management Department with additional charge of DG, RCPV Naronha Academy of administration, has been transferred and posted as Principal Secretary, Ayush department with additional charge of Principal Secretary, Public Property Management department and MD, MP State Property Management Company.
3. Manish Rastogi (IAS:1994:MP), Principal Secretary, Jail Department has been transferred and posted as Principal Secretary, General Administration Department with additional charge of Principal Secretary, Coordination, Chief Secretary Office and PS, Jail Department.
4. Dr Navneet Kothari (IAS:2001:MP), MD, MP Industrial Development Corporation Limited and MD, Madhya Pradesh State Industrial Development Corporation Limited and ex officio Secretary, Industrial Policy and Investment Promotion, has been transferred and posted as Secretary, Fishermen Welfare and fishery development department.
5. Ravindra Singh (IAS:2004:MP), Secretary, Home Department with additional charge of Executive Director, Disaster Management Institute, has been transferred and posted as Commissioner cum Director, Food and Civil Supplies and Consumer Protection with additional charge of MD, Madhya Pradesh State waring house corporation.
6. Omprakash Shrivastava (IAS:2007:MP), Excise Commissioner has been transferred and posted as Secretary Home Department with additional charge of Executive Director, Disaster Management Institute.
7. Bharat Yadav (IAS:2008:MP), Commissioner, Urban Administration & Development and ex-officio Secretary, Urban Administration & Development, has been transferred and posted as Secretary to CM with additional charge of Commissioner, State Urban Administration and Development Department.
8. Avinash Lavania (IAS:2009:MP), Managing Director, Madhya Pradesh Road Development Corporation, has been transferred and posted as Additional Secretary, Chief Minister with additional charge of MD, MP Road Development Corporation.
9. Tarun Kumar Pithode (IAS:2009:MP), Director, Food and Civil Supplies and Consumer Protection with additional charge of MD, MP State Warehousing Corporation, has been appointed as Officer on Special Duty cum Commissioner Medical Education.
10. Abhijeet Agrawal (IAS:2010:MP), MD, MP State Electronics Development Corporation with additional charge of Executive Director, State Agency for Public Services and Mission Director, Samagra Samajik Suraksha Mission (SSSM), has been transferred and posted as Officer on Special Duty cum Excise Commissioner., Gwalior.
11. Chandrashekar Valimbe (IAS:2010:MP), Additional Secretary, Revenue Department, Controller, Government Press and Writing Material, has been shifted as Additional Secretary, Chief Minister with additional charge of Controller, Government Press and Writing Material.
12. Chandramauli Shukla (IAS:2011:MP), Commissioner, Housing and Infrastructure Development Board with additional charge of Commissioner Aviation and acting Director, MP Industrial Development Corporation has been posted as MD, MP Industrial Development Corporation Limited. He will have additional charge of MD, MP State Industrial Development Corporation Limited and Commissioner, MP Housing Construction and Infrastructure Development Board and Commissioner Aviation.
13. Gautam Singh (IAS:2011:MP), Additional Director, MP State Agriculture Marketing Board has been appointed as Project Director, MP Skill Development Project.
14. Aditi Garg (IAS:2015:MP), Director, Health Services has been transferred and posted as Deputy Secretary, Chief Minister with additional charge of Director Health Services.
15. Ansul Gupta (IAS:2015:MP), waiting for posting, has been appointed as Deputy Secretary, Chief Minister. He will have additional charge of MD, State Electronics Development Corporation, Executive Director, State Public Service Authority and Mission Director, Integrated Social Security Mission.
