Punjab : Four IAS officers transferred

The Punjab government on Thursday (21.10.2021) reshuffled four IAS officers with immediate effect.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows :

1. Veerendra Kumar Meena (IAS:1997:PB) : Secretary, Punjab State Human Right Commission with additional charge of Commissioner, Jalandhar Division, Jalandhar.
2. Parneet Shergil (IAS:2013:PB) : Managing Director, PRTC, Patiala
3. Amit Talwar (IAS:2013:PB) : Additional Secretary, Agriculture with additional charge of Managing Director, Markfed.
4. Uma Shankar Gupta (IAS:2015:PB) : Additional CEO, Punjab Bureau of Investment Promotion with additional charges of Additional Managing Director, Punjab INFOTECH and Additional Secretary, Science Technology and Environment.
