UP : Six IPS officers transferred, Sanjeev Gupta is IG, Law and Order

The Uttar Pradesh government on Thursday (21.10.2021) reshuffled half a dozen IPS officers across the state.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows :

1. Sanjeev Gupta (IPS:1999:UP) : IG, Law and Order, Lucknow.
2. Anil Kumar Rai, (IPS:2002:UP) : IG, PAC, Central Zone, Lucknow.
3. K P Singh (IPS:2002:UP) : IG, Ayodhya Zone, Ayodhya.
4. Modak Rajesh D Rao (IPS:2003:UP) : IG, Basti Zone, Basti.
5. Rakesh Singh (IPS:2003:UP) : IG, Prayagraj Zone, Prayagraj.
6. Upendra Kumar Agarwal (IPS:2005:UP) : DIG, Devipatan Zone, Gonda.
