Tamil Nadu : Five IPS officers shifted after promotion

In a reshuffle, five senior IPS officers have been given postings after promotion in Tamil Nadu.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows:

1. Sunil Kumar, Additional Director General of Police, chief vigilance officer, Aavin, has been promoted as DGP, chairman Tamil Nadu Uniformed Services Recruitment Board.
2. Sunil Kumar Singh, Additional Director General of Police, EOW, has been promoted as DGP and posted as DGP, prisons.
3. Abhash Kumar, Additional Director General of Police, prisons, has been transferred and posted as ADGP, EOW.
4. S Davidson Devasirvatham, Inspector General of Police and Madurai City Commissioner, has been promoted as ADGP and will continue as Commissioner of Police, Madurai City.
5. S N Seshasai, IG, welfare, has been promoted and posted as ADGP, STF, Erode.
