New Delhi: Madhya Pradesh cadre senior IAS officer Manoj Govil (IAS:1991:MP), Secretary (Coordination), Cabinet Secretariat, has been assigned the additional charge of Secretary (Transport & Logistics Planning) in the Cabinet Secretariat.
According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Friday (October 30, 2026), the competent authority has approved the assignment of the additional charge to Govil with immediate effect. He will hold the charge until the appointment of a regular incumbent or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
