The Uttar Pradesh government on Thursday announced significant changes in the Chief Minister’s Office (CMO) by appointing two IAS officers as Special Secretaries to Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. According to the issued order, Vipin Kumar Jain (IAS:2016:UP), currently serving as Additional CEO of the Yamuna Expressway Authority, has been transferred and posted as Special Secretary to the Chief Minister. Additionally, Brajesh Kumar (IAS:2014:UP), who was the Additional Commissioner of the Moradabad Division, has been reassigned to the role of Special Secretary to the Chief Minister.
Notably, the state government on Wednesday also implemented a bureaucratic reshuffle by issuing transfer orders for around a dozen IAS and PCS officers.
