Karnataka transfers two IAS officers; Ravi Kumar posted as Kolar Deputy Commissioner

Bengaluru: The Karnataka government on Friday (July 24, 2026) issued transfer and posting orders for two IAS officers, while also posting one officer awaiting posting.

The names of the officers and their new assignments are as follows:

1. Ravi Kumar M R (IAS:2012:KN), Commissioner, Food, Civil Supplies & Consumers Affairs Department, Bengaluru, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner, Kolar District, with effect from August 1, 2026, vice Dr Ravi M R, IAS, who is retiring on superannuation on July 31, 2026.
2. Rahul Ratnam Pandey (IAS:2018:KN), Managing Director, Karnataka State Medical Supplies Corporation Limited (KSMSCL), Bengaluru, has been transferred with immediate effect and posted as Commissioner, Mangaluru City Corporation, Mangaluru, vice Ravichandra Nayak, KAS, transferred.
3. A R Ravi, Joint Director, Directorate of Economics and Statistics, awaiting posting, has been posted with immediate effect as Managing Director, Karnataka State Medical Supplies Corporation Limited (KSMSCL), Bengaluru, vice Rahul Ratnam Pandey, IAS, transferred.
