MP transfers 20 IAS officers; Dr Sudam P Khade appointed Secretary to CM, six Districts get new Collectors

Bhopal: The Madhya Pradesh government on Thursday (July 14, 2026) carried out a major bureaucratic reshuffle, transferring 20 IAS officers across the state. The reshuffle includes the appointment of new Collectors in Ratlam, Anuppur, Shahdol, Khargone, Mandsaur and Agar Malwa districts. In another key posting, Dr Sudam P. Khade (IAS:2006) has been appointed Secretary to the Chief Minister.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows;

1. KC Gupta (IAS:1992), Additional Chief Secretary, Cottage & Rural Industries Department with additional charge of Agricultural Production Commissioner, has been transferred and posted as Agricultural Production Commissioner; Additional Chief Secretary, Cottage & Rural Industries Department with additional charge of Additional Chief Secretary, Horticulture & Food Processing Department.
2. Sachin Sinha (IAS:1995), Director General, RCVP Noronha Academy of Administration & Management, Bhopal, has been transferred and posted as Additional Chief Secretary, Public Health Engineering Department.
3. Rajendra Kumar Singh (IAS:1997), Principal Secretary, Industrial Policy & Investment Promotion Department; Principal Secretary, Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises Department with additional charge of Principal Secretary, Anand Department, has transferred and posted as Principal Secretary, Forest Department with additional charge of Principal Secretary, Anand Department.
4. Sandeep Yadav (IAS:2000), Principal Secretary, Forest Department with additional charge of Principal Secretary, Non-Resident Indian (NRI) Department, has been transferred and posted as Principal Secretary, Water Resources Department with additional charge of Principal Secretary, Non-Resident Indian (NRI) Department.
5. John Kingsley AR (IAS:2004), Secretary, Horticulture & Food Processing Department; Secretary, Narmada Valley Development Department; Managing Director (In-charge), Narmada Valley Development Authority, Bhopal with additional charge of Secretary, Water Resources Department, has been transferred and posted as Secretary, Industrial Policy & Investment Promotion Department with additional charge of Secretary, Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises Department.
6. Dr Sudam P Khade (IAS:2006), Divisional Commissioner, Indore Division with additional charge of Commissioner (Field), Narmada Valley Development Authority, Indore, has been transferred and posted as Secretary to the Chief Minister.
7. Bhaskar Lakshakar (IAS:2010), Commissioner-cum-Director, Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Protection with additional charge of Secretary, Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Protection Department, has been transferred and posted as Divisional Commissioner, Indore Division; with additional charge of Commissioner (In-charge), Narmada Valley Development Authority, Indore.
8. Ajay Katesaria (IAS:2012), Deputy Secretary, General Administration Department, with additional charge of Director, Staff Selection Board, Bhopal, has been transferred and posted as Collector, Ratlam District.
9. Kumar Purushottam (IAS:2012), Managing Director, Madhya Pradesh State Agricultural Marketing Board-cum-Commissioner, Mandi, Bhopal, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Secretary, Chief Minister & Managing Director, Madhya Pradesh State Agricultural Marketing Board-cum-Commissioner, Mandi, Bhopal.
10. Ritankar Jha (IAS:2012), Additional Commissioner (Revenue), Ujjain Division, Ujjain, has been transferred and posted as Collector, Anuppur District.
11. Kedar Singh (IAS:2012), Collector, Shahdol District, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Secretary, Public Works Department.
12. Harshal Pancholi (IAS:2015), Collector, Anuppur District, has been transferred and posted as Executive Director, Environment Planning & Coordination Organisation (EPCO), Bhopal.
13. Aditi Garg (IAS:2015), Collector, Mandsaur District, has been transferred and posted as OSD-cum-Director, Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Protection, Bhopal with additional charge of Deputy Secretary, Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Protection Department.
14. Preeti Yadav (IAS:2016), Collector, Agar Malwa District, has been transferred and posted as Executive Director, Madhya Pradesh Audyogik Vikas Nigam (MPAKVN), Indore.
15. Misha Singh (IAS:2016), Collector, Ratlam District, has been transferred and posted as Collector, Shahdol District.
16. Guru Prasad (IAS:2017), Deputy Secretary, Chief Secretary’s Office, has been transferred and posted as Collector, Khargone District.
