UP: 10 IAS officers promoted to ACS rank

The Uttar Pradesh government on Tuesday promoted 10 IAS officers of the 1990 batch to the level of Additional Chief Secretary. The decision was cleared in a meeting of the departmental promotion committee.

They are;

1. Archana Agarwal, presently Member Secretary, NCR Planning Board.
2. Kalpana Awasthi, presently Principal Secretary, Governor.
3. Deepak Kumar, presently Principal Secretary, Basic and Secondary Education.
4. Nitin Ramesh Gokarn, presently Principal Secretary, Housing.
5. Himanshu Kumar, presently Principal Secretary, Rural Development.
6. Rajneesh Gupta, presently Principal Secretary, Political Pension and Civil Defence.
7. Anita Singh, presently Principal Secretary, Food Safety and Drug Administration.
8. Jitendra Kumar, presently Principal Secretary, General Administartion Department.
9. Dr. Sudhir M Bobde, presently Principal Secretary, Higher Eduaction.
10. Sudhir Garg, presently Principal Secretary, Revenue.
