Justice Siddaiah Rachaiah appointed as Permanent Judge of Karnataka HC

The Union government on Thursday (24.10.2024) notified appointment of Justice Siddaiah Rachaiah as a Permanent Judge of the Karnataka High Court. Union Minister of State for Law (Independent Charge) Arjun Ram Meghwal confirmed the appointment via his official X handle (formerly Twitter).

The Supreme Court Collegium had recommended Justice Siddaiah Rachaiah to be a Permanent Judge of the High Court on October 15, 2024.
