New Delhi: IAS officer Raval Hamendra Kumar (IAS:2011:TR) has been appointed as Director in the Department of Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation, Delhi, for five years.
According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Thursday (July 16, 2026), the competent authority has approved his appointment to the post under central staffing scheme for a period of five years from the date of taking over charge of the post or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
