The Union government on Friday (April 17, 2026) notified the appointment of five Additional Judges of the Chhattisgarh High Court as Permanent Judges.
The judges who have been elevated are Justice Sachin Singh Rajput, Justice Radhakishan Agrawal, Justice Sanjay Kumar Jaiswal, Justice Bibhu Datta Guru, and Justice Amitendra Kishore Prasad.
