Bengaluru: The Karnataka government on Friday (November 6, 2026) ordered the transfer and posting of four IAS officers, including Deputy Commissioners of Shivamogga and Uttara Kannada districts, with immediate effect.
The names of the officers and their postings are as follows;
- Prabhuling Kavalikatti (IAS:2013:KN), Deputy Commissioner of Shivamogga, has been transferred and appointed as Commissioner, Department of School Education, Bengaluru.
- Lakshmipriya K (IAS:2015:KN), Deputy Commissioner of Uttara Kannada district, Karwar, has been transferred and posted as Special Commissioner (FECC, Elections, Disaster Management, Public Relations and Co-ordination), Greater Bengaluru Authority, Bengaluru.
- Bhoyar Harshal Narayanrao (IAS:2016:KN), Director, Electronic Delivery of Citizen Services (EDCS), Department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms (e-Governance), Bengaluru, has been transferred and appointed Deputy Commissioner of Uttara Kannada district, Karwar
- Prakash GT Nittali (IAS:2018:KN), Chairman, Karnataka School Examination and Evaluation Board, Bengaluru, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner of Shivamogga district.
