IPS officer Guguloth Amrutha (IPS:2011:AGMUT) has been appointed as Deputy Director/DIG in the Bureau of Police Research & Development (BPR&D). According to an order issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) on Monday (August 18, 2025), the competent authority has approved her appointment against an existing vacancy under the standard terms and conditions of central deputation.
The MHA has directed the concerned authorities to relieve her immediately, enabling her to join her new assignment at BPR&D without delay.
