SKG Rahate (IAS:1990:JH), Secretary, Department of Justice, has been given additional charge of Secretary, Legislative Department with immediate effect. According to the order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT), the competent authority has approved assignment of additional charge of the post to Mr. Rahate with immediate effect till 02.07.2023 during the period of absence on leave of Dr. Reeta Vasishta.
