Tamil Nadu: 8 IAS officers promoted to Chief Secretary grade

The Tamil Nadu government on Friday (23.12.2022) promoted eight 1992 batch IAS officials to the Chief Secretary grade.

They are;

1. Dr. J Radhakrishna (IAS:1992:TN), Additional Chief Secretary, Co-operation, Food & Consumer Protection Department
2. Dr. Rajendra Kumar (IAS:1992:TN), Presently at Centre as Additional Secretary in the Ministry of Electronics & IT.
3. Dr. Neeraj Mittal (IAS:1992:TN), Additional Chief Secretary, IT & Digital Service Department.
4. Rajesh Lakhoni (IAS:1992:TN), Additional Chief Secretary, /CMD, TN Electricity Board and TN Generation & Distribution Corporation Limited and Chairman, TN Transmission Corporation.
5. Mangat Ram Sharma (IAS:1992:TN), Additional Chief Secretary, Most Backward Classes and Minorities Welfare Department.
6. Pradeep Yadav (IAS:1992:TN), Additional Chief Secretary, Highways and Minor Ports Department.
7. Kumar Jayant (IAS:1992:TN), Additional Chief Secretary, Revenue & Disaster Management Department.
8. Dr. K Gopal (IAS:1992:TN), Additional Chief Secretary, Transport Department.
