The central deputation tenure of senior bureaucrat Manoj Sahay (IA&AS:1994), Additional Secretary and Financial Adviser in the Department of Expenditure, Ministry of Finance, has been extended until September 30, 2027.

According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Wednesday (October 21, 2026), the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved to extend the deputation tenure beyond his existing tenure, which was scheduled to end on January 29, 2027.
