Rajesh Gera has been appointed as Director General (DG), National Informatics Centre (NIC). According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT), the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the proposal to appoint Gera to the post of DG. Presently, he is serving as Scientist ‘G’, NIC.
