The Supreme Court Collegium on Tuesday (14.12.2021) approved the proposal to appoint two Additional Judges of Bombay High Court as Permanent Judges of that High Court.
They are :
- Justice Madhav Jayajirao Jamdar
- Justice Amit Bhalchandra Borkar
- Justice Shrikant Battatray Kulkarni
The Collegium also resolved to recommend that Justice Abhay Ahuja be appointed as additional judge of the Bombay High Court for a fresh term of one year with effect from March 4, 2022.
