Shyam S Dubey (ICAS:1989), Joint Secretary & Financial Advisor (JS&FA), Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs, has been prematurely repatriated to his parent cadre. According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Wednesday (03.08.2022), the competent authority has approved the proposal to repatriate Dubey to his parent cadre on the grounds of availing the benefit of promotion in the cadre.
