Sanjay Awasthi returns to parent cadre

Sanjay Awasthi (IRS-IT:1989), Joint Secretary, Department of Water Resources, River Development & Ganga Rejuvenation, has been prematurely repatriated to his parent cadre. According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Friday (08.07.2022), the competent authority has approved the proposal to repatriate Awasthi to his parent cadre on the grounds of availing the benefit of promotion in the cadre.
