The Supreme Court Collegium has reiterated its recommendation to elevate two Advocates as Judges of the Patna High Court.
They are ;
- Khatim Reza
- Dr. Anshuman Pandey
The collegium had on September 23, 2021 recommended the appointment of Reza and Dr. Pandey. The file was returned by the Central government to the Collegium which chose to reiterate its recommendation.
The Supreme Court Collegium also made a fresh recommendation for appointment of Advocate Rajiv Roy as Judge of High Court.
