The central deputation tenure of Manoj Gupta (IDES:1991) as Director in the Ministry of Earth Sciences has been extended for a period of one year. According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Tuesday (23.08.2022), the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the proposal of Ministry of Earth Sciences to extend the deputation tenure of Gupta for a further period of one year beyond 01.06.2022 and up to 01.06.2023 or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
