The Karnataka government on Friday (27.05.2022) appointed senior IAS officer Vandita Sharma (IAS:1986:KN) as the Chief Secretary. She will take over from incumbent P Ravi Kumar (IAS:1984:KN) on May 31. She will be in office till November 2023. At present, Vandita is the Additional Chief Secretary-cum-Development commissioner.
