Haryana: Three IAS officers shifted, VK Dahiya posted as Secretary, Youth Empowerment

The Haryana government on Monday (16.01.2023) issued transfer and posting orders for three IAS officers.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows :

1. Vijay Kumar Dahiya (IAS:2001:HY), Commissioner/Secretary, Employment Department, Commissioner/Secretary, Skill Development & Industrial Training Department & Member Secretary, Kurukshetra Development Board has been transferred and posted as Commissioner/Secretary, Youth Empowerment and Entrepreneurship Department and Member Secretary, Kurukshetra Development Board.
2. Khetmalis Makarand Pandurang (IAS:2007:HY), Deputy Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister, CEO, Kaushal Rozgar Nigam Ltd. Panchkula and Mission Director, Mukhya Mantri Antyodaya Parivaar Utthaan Yojna, has been given additional charges of DG/Secretary, Social Justice, Empowerment, Welfare of Scheduled Castes & Backward Classes and Antyodaya (SEWA) Department and Member Secretary, Haryana State Backward Classes Commission.
3. Rajiv Rattan (IAS:2008:HY), Director/Special Secretary, Higher Education Department, Director/Special Secretary, Technical Education Department, Director/Special Secretary, Science & Technology Department, Managing Director, HARTRON and Nodal Officer CPGRAM PG Portal, has been transferred and posted as Director/Special Secretary, Higher Education Department, Managing Director, HARTRON, Nodal Officer CPGRAM PG Portal and Director/Special Secretary, Archives.
