Pankaj Joshi (IAS:1989:GJ), Additional Chief Secretary, Energy & Petrochemicals Department, Sachivalaya, Gandhinagar is transferred and appointed as Additional Chief Secretary, Finance Department, Schivalaya, Gandhinagar vice Arvind Agrawal (IAS:1984:GJ). He will hold the additional charge of the post of ACS, Energy & Petrochemicals Department.
