Satyam Mohan appointed as Commissioner (Housing) in DDA

New Delhi: Satyam Mohan (IDES:2015), who was recommended for central deputation by the Department of Defence, has been selected for appointment as Commissioner (Housing) in the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) at the Deputy Secretary level for a period of four years.

According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Friday (October 30, 2026), his appointment has been approved under the Central Staffing Scheme for four years from the date of assumption of charge or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

Notably, the Delhi Development Authority comes under the Department of Capital Development.

Prior to this assignment, Mohan was serving as Assistant Director General (Administration/Personnel Management) at the DGDE Headquarters in New Delhi. Before that, he served as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Varanasi Cantonment Board under the Ministry of Defence.
