Arvind Agrawal (IAS:1984:GJ), Additional Chief Secretary, Finance Department, Scahivalaya has been transferred and appointed Chairman & Managing Director, Gujarat State Fertilizers & Chemicals Ltd., Vadodara. He will continue as GSFC CMD for one year from the date of assuming charge or until further orders.
